    How to make rice water for skin care

    For centuries, women across Asia have used rice water as a staple in their beauty rituals to achieve “glass skin” and a bright, even complexion. This natural elixir is packed with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that soothe the skin, reduce inflammation, and provide a natural glow. Unlike expensive store-bought toners, rice water is a budget-friendly, chemical-free alternative that you can make right in your kitchen.

    How to Prepare Traditional Rice Water

    This method focuses on the “clean rinse” technique, ensuring the water you apply to your face is free of surface impurities while retaining all the skin-loving nutrients.

    What You Will Need

    • 2 Cups of Rice: Any type of rice works, but many prefer white or jasmine for skin care.

    • Cold Water: For rinsing and extracting nutrients.

    • Mason Jar: Or any clean glass jar with a lid for storage.

    1. The Initial Rinses (Cleaning the Rice)
